M is for Mashed Potatoes
I’ve clearly got Thanksgiving on the brain but mashed potatoes can be healthy! Use warmed skim milk or chicken broth instead of whole milk and butter to make them creamy. Try out different combinations like garlic and rosemary to flavor them without added fat.
