We're still having some issues with Cox and a few of the other smaller carriers, but we're whittling away at them one by one. We'll get there! Thank you so much to everyone who responded back to my test emails. It helps me narrow down which ISPs might still be stuck. For the editors who I didn't hear from, I'll try writing them from my home charter.net account and we'll contact their ISPs to get it sorted out.


SECRET SANTA

CHAT

Several of you asked if there was a transcript from last week's chat. Back when we used to do text-only chats we could create a transcript that everyone could read - those are stored in our Editor Assistance site. Now that we're doing video and audio chats we're not recording them for privacy reasons. Many editors are shy about having their videos online. However, I'll send out emails in the coming days with summaries to help everyone out.

We're heading into prime web-using season, so whatever your aim - selling books, selling products, helping visitors, or building traffic - we can lend a hand. We all have different ways we view our sites and that's great!
