Hope you are having a lovely week. I have been busy writing and working through challenges this week. Thank goodness I have my meditation practise to help me!
Life can be tough at times and it is good to have tools to support us and our mental health. My students asked me to create a guided mindfulness and meditation session for them to listen to when they are not with me. You can find it here
