Hello, everyone! Here in the US, Thanksgiving is fading into memory along with all those turkey leftovers. After enjoying a buttery roasted turkey with all the trimmings, I turned the leftovers into Turkey Pot Pie, Turkey Tetrazzini, Turkey Tacos, Turkey Salad, Turkey Barbecue Buns and of course, Turkey Sandwiches. My only Japanese twist on turkey was Turkey Korokke which is our favorite way of eating leftover turkey. Although it is one of last year's recipe, I'm adding the link here for new readers.
We enjoy overdosing on turkey but after a while, we're ready for more Japanese food even if it is a Japanese twist on foreign dishes like those featured in week's recipes.
