Greetings and salutations! As we head into the holiday season, this is the perfect time to treat yourself right and keep yourself healthy! After all, you want to be active and happy during the various events and activities right?

As part of that, do you know your blood type? Somehow I didn't! I even asked my doctor and they didn't know. I found that very odd since I was in for septum surgery (inside of the nose was not working right) last year. How did I go in for that without anyone knowing my blood type?? In any case I found an inexpensive $10 test which figured out my blood type in less than 3 minutes!
