Now that's it's getting dark earlier and cooling off during the day, I'm finding myself feeling more tired and less motivated to get out and do things. So as I was sitting in the dark at 2 am nursing my almost one year old the other night, I realized the sleep deprivation of the last year is starting to add up, and an article on the Night Nursing was proabably in order, both to inspire and hopefully to help others get through it.
So, here's the latest article from the Breastfeeding site at BellaOnline.com.
