I just got back from a wine cruise of the Caribbean. You might think that I would have gained 10 pounds - but I didn't! The key is eating healthily. Salmon steak - low carb! Delicious, full salad with tuna fish each day for lunch - low carb! Lots of walking around at the ports, looking at the sights. Using the stairs on the ship instead of elevators. I did have dessert with dinner each evening - but that one dessert was easily offset by the activities of the day.

Keep that in mind when you go through your holiday festivals! There's always a choice that is very delicious and also healthy too. Asparagus! Lobster! Filet mignon! Stop by the forum for more ideas!
