I recently developed this tasty Thai recipe and served it at a party. You could hear everyone complimenting the exciting flavour and testure of this winner. My Red Duck Curry Wonton appetizers were the first item on the enormous table of appetizers to disappear .

Make the curry-duck mixture beforehand and assemble at the last minute. You could deep fry the won tons but I prefer the healthier and less messy approach of baking them. A quick spray of olive oil encourages quick cooking.
