Season's Greetings from the Land of OZ!

These last couple of weeks have been crazy! Classes have been winding down, and student evaluations were due. My tutoring students needed a little extra to get them through final reviews. It's been so wild, that I have just begun decorating for the holidays!

If you know anybody who has a problem with joint inflammation or diabetes, I highly recommend this book. I'll be honest; when I saw DeWayne McCulley doing his commercials, I thought that he had lost his bearings. After reading his book and trying the eating plan (on the recommendation of a real person who had tried it), I was impressed. It is solid science and nutrition. Check out the review.

Death to Diabetes Book Review
There are so many reasons to read for information. Cookbooks teach us more than how to create edible masterpieces. Nutrition and health books abound. One of the best of those that I have ever read is Death to Diabetes, by DeWayne McCulley, a must-read if you have a loved one with diabetes.
