December 29 2008 Romance Novels Newsletter

Hello, and welcome back! I hope you're all surviving the crazy holiday season. I'm managing here, and counting down until things at work are back to 'normal', or at least as close to it as we ever get there.

If you've been so busy you haven't stopped by the main site lately, you've missed out on all the December romance reviews, and I'm about to start posting the January reviews later this week. We started off weeks ago with Pagan Stone, then moved to About a Dragon, Night Shadow, Talk of the Town, Karen Hawkins Modernizes, Demon's Hunger, Carnal Desires, Primal Male, Midnight Sins, Maximum Exposure, and finished off the month with Lie to Me. And, in case you've forgotten, any books I get each month that I don't feel are worthy of review space get posted instead in the forum.

And speaking of the forum, don't forget we do regular giveaways there, as well as the ongoing discussions with other romance readers about our favorite books. We also have discussions happening here as well. I hope to see you in the forums to talk romances!

I've got some interesting-looking January romances on my desk already, like the new Krentz, and a new one from Lucy Monroe, and one of my faves, Anna Jeffrey is now writing as Sadie Callahan, and her latest will be the first review up for January.

For the writers, it's time to start thinking goals for the new year, (if you haven't already). We're talking about those here. Perhaps you'll join us?

And, until next time, happy reading and writing! And Happy New Year!
