Well Phoenix Arizona can breathe a little easier this weekend; Police say they have solved all of the cases related to the Baseline Killer. Mark Goudeau who has been in jail since September has been determined to be the Phoenix area Baseline Killer. Baseline Killer Cases Solved


Police say they have resolved all cases linked to the Baseline Killer who may be responsible for 23 shootings, rapes, and robberies. Out of those 23 shootings, nine people are dead, and countless lives destroyed forever. The last victim sadly found dead by her 8-year-old son.
