I love bad weather. Crazy, I know, but I find snowstorms, thunderstorms, high winds and heavy rain, kind of exciting. However, watching my American neighbours digging themselves out of back-to-back snowstorms, I think, maybe not so much. Here, in Eastern Ontario, we haven't had snow for at least a month. Usually we are buried in it but this year I am able to walk the fields and forest with my dogs, instead of the trails my husband usually has to plow out for me through three feet or more of snow.
This week's article is about various remedies for menstrual cramps. Sometimes trial and error is the only way to find out what may work best for you. Be persistent. There are lots of ways to fight this uncomfortable condition. Next week, I will discuss the benefits of hypnosis to manage pain. As a trained hypnotherapist, I can vouch for its effectiveness.
