Greetings and Salutations, everyone! This week I'd like to talk about books!
Biggest Loser Quick & Easy Cookbook
The Biggest Loser Quick & Easy Cookbook claims to have a wealth of healthy recipes which are quick and easy to make. Simple, yes? Does this book hold up its claim?

I'm currently testing out the Biggest Loser Flavors of the World cookbook. I'm not very impressed. Does anyone have any of these cookbooks? Which ones do you like?
We're also testing out the SlimCoach too - the little white device that the Biggest Loser contestants wear on their hips as pedometers and calorie trackers. Our first one broke after a week and we're on unit #2. Does anyone else use this or the BodyBugg - a related device? We'd love to hear your experiences as we finalize our review.
Creating Memories
I've just published my fourth medieval novel! Creating Memories is about a medieval woman who has a rough childhood but then gets assaulted and loses her memory. How would that change a person? If we lost traumatic memories of our past, would it change how we are now? I'd love to hear your feedback on my novels!
