We seem to have found the PERFECT hotel for our upcoming Chicago gathering on May 21-23, 2010! It's the Hilton Garden Inn by O'Hare airport. It has a free continual shuttle to the airport, has a really cool "playful" pool plus hot tub - and it's right on a forest!

Go to Maps.Google.Com and put in

2930 South River Road Des Plaines IL

(cut and paste that) - you'll see the hotel borders the Cook County forest preserve, with a river, lakes, walking trails and more! They have almost 300 species of birds in there, and deer too!

The hotel's also an easy train ride into the city, so we can see the sights as well!

Air fares are REALLY cheap right now - less than $180 rountrip from Boston, for example - so now is absolutely the time to jump on reservations. Grab the hotel reservations too of course! We aren't doing any group rate - we've found in the past that it's cheapest to use online engines to get a hotel room.
