Have you ever tried Scotch Eggs? And, did you know that they were not invented by the Scottish? Take a hard boiled egg, wrap it in sausage meat, coat it with breadcrumbs and fry it! These are a great picnic or lunch item on-the-go, eaten whole or halved on a party platter for game nights. Delicious and fun!
