Seafood and Thai Curry is truly a marriage of flavours made in heaven! Just tonight we had a yellow curry with fresh water prawns, local frsh Dungeness crab and fillet of Rex sole-all leftovers! And it was awesome. I'll share that recipe real soon. In the mean-time here is another seafood curry favourite:
