We had a similar crab curry made of the local Hua Hin crab when we were there this past December. The crab of Hus Hin waters is especially sweet and wonderful.

We have always loved Hua Hin and the lack of non-Thai tourists. The city has been quite brightened as the King now resides here at Klai Khlangwon summer palace, built in 1926 and whose name means "free from worries".

I would guess the local Hua Hin crab must be a favourite of the Royal family!
