A friend of mine turned me on to Aioli. I still have a hard time saying
it, but I do enjoy making it to serve with raw veggies or spooned over
steak or cold baked chicken. Aioli is garlic mayonnaise. I make it with
jarred mayonnaise just like she did, except I add horseradish because I
like a little kick.

Easy Aioli

1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon prepared horseradish
6 Garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt and to taste

Mix all ingredients in small bowl, stir and chill for at least one hour or
more. This aioli is really good when spread on thick slices of bread and
broiled until toasty.
