March 20 2012 Cancer Newsletter

Hello and I hope you are having a good week!

Be sure to read my micro-series on Food X-Factor 101.

The first one is about Vitamins and includes foods that contain them, and the next one is listed below. This week I will have the last one posted, which will be on Trace Minerals. They are called "trace" because we don't need very much, but they are essential, in that we must have them. For instance, we need:

Chromium - balances out blood sugar; good for preventing or helping with Diabetes

Cobalt - (bet you didn't guess that one) which is at the core of every molecule of Vitamins B12, essential in the formation of red blood cells!

See! Isn't it so interesting?

Hope to have it out in couple days.

p.s. I'm planning on putting together a recipe book that will include alot of my dad's (and mom's) great recipes we grew up with. So I'll keep you posted on that!

Have a great and blessed week<3
