Greetings, fellow crime buffs! Pardon my hiatus, I had so many Girl Scout cookies here that I looked like I robbed the warehouse! I'm back in action with a heaping helping of dumb criminals for you! These criminals were involved with drugs, so at least they appear to have an excuse for their stupidity. But you still can't help but ask "What was he/she THINKING??"
