Hi everyone, The season is so close you can almost smell it, but before we get there, it's worth catching up on the recent goings on. In the news: • Super Aguri missed out on plenty of pre-season testing but have confirmed that they will be on the grid in Australia. • Rumours have been ongoing about the future of Ron Dennis at the helm of McLaren. At first it appeared he was going to be pushed aside for Mercedes to have more control, but Mercedes boss Norbert Haug has said they're behind Dennis 100%. At the moment, it looks as though he might be stepping down at some point this month, but nothing is confirmed as yet. • Predictions have been coming in thick and fast, with Trulli saying Toyota will be opening eyes this season, Button saying Honda have made progress but he's staying realistic about the first few races, and Williams saying they are much closer to McLaren and Ferrari this year.
