Cell Phone Camera Used to Tape Assault of Girl

I read a disturbing story this week out of Austria, although I doubt the location has much to do with the story. Three boy’s age, 13, 15, and 16 assaulted a twelve-year-old girl after she became drunk and falling asleep at a birthday party.
