How To Clean Mushrooms
Some cooks like to just wipe off the dirt with a soft brush or a damp towel. I admit that I cannot not do that. Instead I give each mushroom a quick rinse and then wipe them off. Do not let the mushrooms soak in water. Don't over look the stems of the mushrooms.
