April 19 2008 Canadian Culture Newsletter

Hello,

This is your weekly update from the Canadian Culture page at BellaOnline. My name is Melanie Hachey and I am the new editor. You can learn a little bit more about me here.

One of the main sources of humour in Canada is exasperation - in a good natured, tongue-in-cheek, eye rolling, "oh here we go again" kind of way. This week's article, Exasperation is Funny, is about the Canadian tendency to laugh at our shared frustrations.

Visit the Canadian Culture Forum to share any comments, questions, or thoughts about Canada, its people, and its culture.
