Greetings and Salutations -

We are now wholly onto our new server. We're only using 5% of its available CPU, so we have a lot of horsepower here. In general things are running smoothly. I'll be doing tweaking in the coming days to settle things in. For example, the very first forum post seems to take a while, and then the forums are fast after that. So I'll be working on things like that.

I'm deleting the content off the old server and that should be shut down shortly.

Hopefully this new server will be nice and stable for us.

I'm now ready to start the forum upgrade. This will move us up to the latest version of our forum software. I'll be turning off the forums, upgrading the software, and then turning them back on again. It should take 1-2 hours total. They shouldn't look much different when I'm done - this is a minor upgrade.

I'll let you know when they are back up again!
