Waterfall Beef (Nam Tok Neua)
In Thai language, a nam tok is a waterfall. This dish is usually cooked using the barbeque. The juices drip onto the charcoal, creating a waterfall effect. However, you can broil or grill the beef. The beef should be cooked only until quite rare and set aside for the stir-fry step.
