Bully
Teddy Roosevelt used the word, "Bully" as a spirited cry. In this article, the word bully may mean almost paralyzing fear for some children. Some good advice here if your child is being bullied, or if your child is the bully.

This may take you back to your school days, or it may even make you rooted in the moment. Bullies can be everywhere someone weaker goes. If you, or someone you know, is being bullied - fight back, or help someone fight back.

Look into martial arts if you need to. Not only is it good exercise and discipline, it is also a great defense to have in many situations.

Are there any self defense classes in your area? It may not hurt to check them out.
