It's spring, but the only new life I'm seeing is from the plants in my yard. Sure, some of my old favorites are slowly returning (hello, NCIS!), but there aren't many new scripted shows debuting right now. So while I wait for Hollywood to get its groove back, I'll be writing about some of my favorites.
