Greetings!!!
It always pays to explore new culinary territories. You should find a lot of resources right in your own neighborhood that'll simply blow your mind. I just happened across a very unique restaurant yesterday in the middle of Bonney Lake, Washington. It is a restaurant that serves exotic meats, in a modern, everyday format, that folks apparently go for. How interesting...
Now mind you, being vegetarian, I had no desire to partake of the fare, but it still proved a curious venture for me; so I popped in for a quick meet and greet with one of the owners to get a better feel of the place and the motivation behind the menu. He invited me to call them up in the near future to talk further and I'll be taking him up on his offer.
I'll keep this note short and sweet and hopefully it'll give pause for you to fully digest, no pun intended, the implications of this weeks article.
Let me know if this helps and if you have anything to add.
Bon Appetite!
