Hello everyone!

I hope this newsletter finds you well and happy. It's Summer here and has already been over 100 degrees. Looking forward to the fresh veggies growing in the garden! Summer for us includes simple recipes that don't require a lot of work and I try to avoid using the oven as it just makes the house too hot. So I've written an article that includes several sandwich recipes including Grilled, Crescent, Subs, and more to give you ideas for a tasty meal.

Please feel free to write anytime and let me know if you have suggestions, would like to submit a recipe or anything else you would like to share. I always enjoy hearing from you!
