This is such a great and crazy sounding Thai curry recipe. The first time we ate this was in Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand over 20 years ago. Don't worry you do not need to use frog or other jungle critters IE "mystery meat" as chicken works great. Thrill your friends and serve Jungle Curry!!!
