I wanted to share one of my personal favourite recipes, now that summer is approaching. For a nutritious snack, a purple power smoothie is rich in antioxidants and super tasty!

-1 cup of blueberries
-1 cup sliced bananas
-1 cup of berry juice (opt for 100% juice)

Blend all ingredients in a blender. For added protein, throw in a scoop of whey or soy protein. Enjoy!
