Greetings and Salutations -

My time at Kripalu was absolutely amazing. It seemed as if everyone there was kind and gentle. The grounds were stunningly beautiful, the sessions on meditation and yoga were compassionately instructive, and the food was delicious. It was the first time I'd spent that long off-line in a long, long time.

I will be writing up the experience soon, if anyone wants to hear more details about what it was like! I'll post info in the meditation and yoga forums.

I have some email in my folder to catch up on, and I will work on that over the coming days.
