ADD Research About Exercise Reducing Symptoms
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
Just yesterday my doctor removed the restrictions on my physical activity. Now, I'm allowed to lift 50 pounds and collect and push my beloved shopping carts at work. It's such good exercise, and I've been missing it for the past 6 weeks.
Studies continue to show that movement and exercise are critical for people with Attention Deficit Disorder to live their best lives. Research shows that movement is essential for folks with ADD/ADHD. Here are links to research-based articles that I find especially interesting and relevant.
