Hi everyone!

I hope this letter finds you well and happy today. I'm doing fine here and enjoying the relaxed day I'm having. Well, except for the algebra of course.. any algebra tutors out there :) ...

I was surprised today when my Mother came by and brought me a watch for my birthday.. which isn't until tomorrow but I thought that was so sweet of her. :) She knows that I'm having fun trying to keep up with classes and my watch fell off my bracelet the other day which she didn't know so that was just perfect. Well, the day started off great and just got better.. The car broke down but it was just a loose bolt.. Now how often do we fix a car by just tightening a bolt? LOL couldn't beat that!

Ok.. I'll quit boring you and let you know about the latest recipe up.. It's a great side dish to try instead of some of the routine favorites.. Though I still have to get some oldies once in a while I like to try new dishes. So I'll be bringing you great new side dishes for trying during parties and holidays over the next few months.
