June 26 2010 Cosmetics Newsletter

Hello everyone! This week has been quite a show stopper for me as I have been feeling rather under the weather. Luckily for you, my recent trip to Target inspired me to write the following article after spotting one heck of a "Foundation Zebra", or probably ravishing woman who makes the mistake of using the wrong colour of foundation and concealer on her skin and thusly looks stripy.

Choosing Proper Foundation and Concealer Shades
It's time to take the time to pick foundation and concealer colours that actually match your skin, so that people will see beautiful you and not unusually bad make up!

Your Weekly Quick Tip: If you're in a hurry and don't have time to perfect the application of full on blush, grab some lightly coloured shimmering powder and swipe over each cheek with a big brush to create instant definition to your cheeks without the colour.

Tool of the Week Lexicon Entry:
Age Spot (n.) - A light brown patch on the skin that usually occurs with age or overexposure to the sun that begin to crop up in your 40's as a response to your skins inability to regenerate from sun exposure.

As always, you can visit the Cosmetics main page for past articles!

In between articles and the weekly newsletter, always feel free to stop by the Cosmetics forum and share your thoughts, tips, product rants, and more! I also post threads in there outside of current articles, and who knows when you will be able to shine as a cosmetics diva yourself!
