She goes into the core of the problem. Why is this happening? She provides concrete examples - some readers are the type of learners who need to see examples for something to make sense. She explains why this type of behavior is damaging to a relationship.

Then she goes into specifics about how to solve the problem. She provides examples again, and she provides trouble-shooting tips.

At the end she summarizes up the situation again and provides an encouraging, you-can-do-it feeling so that the reader feels energized to give this a try and succeed.
