Minced Chicken Salad (Larb Gai)
Exciting flavours of Isan! This minced chicken salad gets it´s special favour from the ground toasted rice. It is a favourite Thai Salad! I learned several new versions of Larb on our most recent trip to Thailand in Jan 2006. We visited friends in Issan and learned of many variations to the traditional Thai recipes preparted by local chefs. Isan cuisine shares many common ingredients with Laos cuisine.
