This article was a real challenge to write since I couldn’t find any hard facts. Silly me, I thought there was a copious amount of verifiable documentation. There was not. It seems that it was either a –very- good cover-up or … well, that’s just speculation!  I have a topic started in my forum about it. Feel free to jump in and add your opinion on the matter!
