My twins, I should say my twin grandchildren, are 17 months old. Connor and Chloe are fraternal twins who have, from the day they were born, let the family know that they are separate individuals with distinct personalities. Connor is quiet and laid-back while Chloe is always right in the thick of the action. Yet, the two of them share a special bond that only twins can share.
