Monsoon season has arrived in Northern Arizona. The blessed rains keep everything cool and vegetation is starting to green up. A few more days here and we head through the Mojave Desert towards the Pacific. Another reason to be thankful for the monsoons - it's forecasted to be "only 100" the day we transit through Needles, CA. Yikes!!
