Clarence Darrow, the famed defense attorney for Leopold and Loeb, would also go on to be the famed defense attorney for John Scopes of the famous Scopes Monkey Trial.

The Alfred Hitchcock movie "Rope" is about Leopold and Loeb.

The novel and movie entitled "Compulsion" by Meyer Levin is a fictionalized account of Leopold and Loeb and the murderers' names are changed to "Steiner and Strauss."
