As you may know, I'm a full-time RVer with a passion for food, fun and RVing. One of my big goals when "hitting the road" was to travel, taste and re-create regional food specialties. What a fabulous ride it's been so far - and I want to share it with you!

The first episode of the RV Cooking Show shows you how to make delicious fresh guacamole direct from beautiful Saguaro-strewn Tucson, Arizona.
