Summer harvests are in full swing and we always grow many heirloom tomatoes in our garden. One of our favourite tomatoes is the tasty Green Zebra. One year we had such a plethora of these I was trying to think of many ways to use them. I came up with this crazy Thai Sauce which I named Green Mean Sauce.
