Try this:

Are you overwhelmed at work? Spend the first 15-30 minutes of your day organizing what you want to accomplish. Do your best to stick to it. Allowing every item that crosses your desk to side track you will have you wondering what went wrong at the end of the day.

Nothing to do at work? Ask your boss if there is anything you can do to help. This will accomplish two goals – you won’t be bored AND you’ll look like a team player. Way to go!
