The story shared in this week’s article happened, and I have witnesses. So I haven’t lost my mind. However, I am still a little unnerved, but very grateful.

The Little People of the Cherokee
Have you ever experienced a legend? There are so many things we consider to be just stories told by the Elders. But when there is interaction with the Little People, we are forced to re-consider.

In my home, things frequently get moved or go missing. Other times, items appear with no recollection of my obtaining them. Most of this I blame on poor organization and memory. I have learned to live with it, but I am trying to get organized. A few times, there was no logical explanation. This past Saturday was most definitely one of those occasions.

I’m not Cherokee, but do spend time with my friends on the Tribal Grounds. You can feel the positive energy there, and it’s always rejuvenating. For years I’ve heard about the Little People, but didn’t equate that to the activity in my home. After this weekend, I’m reconsidering.

Have you experienced something that could be attributed to the Little People? Share it with us in the forum. Screen names are anonymous! (Except Mine) It’s simple and easy to register, and you are among friends. Why not join us? Always feel free to share stories, ask questions, and comment on the articles.

URGENT – TODAY is the DEADLINE!
The Native American Music Awards is part of this month’s Pepsi Challenge and today is the deadline to vote. The link is on the forum and they could use your support to help with a sponsor. It only takes a minute and you can log in through Facebook. Forward this to your friends and share on Facebook, Twitter, wherever you can. This challenge is low on the list, but could still make it to the top 15 for funding!

Until next time, be considerate of the Little People, and

Walk in Balance and Beauty,
