Greetings and welcome to all of our new subscribers! I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see new I.D.'s, open minds and good ol' fashion friendships blooming across the continents :)

As our Autumn Solstice welcomes a fall harvest, yet again, I am reminded to take a few trinkets, tomato leaves, tree leaves (as they later dry), the last of the garden harvest and maybe even things I might normally toss to the compost, a bag or two, kept in the freezer, for when the grayer months get to be a bit much!

As we get further into the cooler months, I will be sharing some of my most favorite soup recipes and maybe a trick or two I don't normally share with the public. It's the litte things that can make a simple moment one of the best we've ever had! ;)
