F is for Fennel
Fennel is in the same family as carrots, celery and parsley but its taste is very unique, similar to licorice and anise. It is an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium and dietary fiber. Check out its use in my recipe for Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables.
