Greeting and welcome to all of our new viewers and subscribers!

We will soon be entering cooler, shorter and overcast days. As someone who intervenes quite a bit with nature, it could be a nice time to pick some of your favorite scents.

If, in your area, they are safely available, smells such as pine needles, cones, even late blooming Lillies or herbs, such as Lemon Balm, Chives, Catnip or other scents you find refreshing...wash them thoroughly, dry them on a paper tower and freeze them when you need a pick me up. You can even save peelings of apples, oranges, limes, lemons and bay leaves if you happen to grow them :)

Pull them out, boil them when or if you happen to get down in the cooler months, add some essential oils and let "nature" (get it) ehemmm, take it's course.
