Greetings fellow horse enthusiasts!

I apologize for not getting a newsletter out to you sooner; August was a very busy month for me. One of our cats had five kittens and the house has been abuzz with all the excitement, preparation and worry that goes along with new life -- so far, everyone's fine :).

Also, I was making final edits and photo arrangements for a feature article I wrote for Natural Horse Magazine. Entitled "Safe Turnout," the article will be in the September/October issue (Volume 8, Issue 5). Natural Horse Magazine, which is also available online, is a great resource for horse lovers; it is full of valuable information. The issue will also contain the latest information on high sugar grasses and I highly recommend it.
